Leadership is not a straight road.

I help organisations develop leaders who can navigate change, challenge assumptions and drive impact.

Leadership Speaker & Advisor

About Me

I spent 25 years in Financial and Corporate Services, mostly in leadership roles. My experience spans self-employment and start-ups, family businesses and corporates, including time as a Partner at a top-tier global advisory firm.

Throughout that career, I learned that effective leadership is not about having all the answers or following someone else’s model. It is about having the authenticity to lead with integrity, the courage to challenge assumptions, and the self-awareness to know when to listen, adapt and change direction.

Today, I bring that experience to my work as a leadership speaker and advisor, helping organisations and their leaders navigate change, develop people and think differently about what effective leadership looks like.

I’m also the author of Your Leadership R·I·D·E, where I use motorcycling as a lens to explore the realities of leadership, from focus and balance to risk, responsibility and knowing when to change course. Through my blog, I continue to share reflections and ideas from my experience.

I’m at my best outdoors, somewhere with water and trees, hiking, cycling, or riding my motorbike.

Your Leadership R·I·D·E

I wrote a book about leadership, using motorcycling to tell the story.

Your Leadership R·I·D·E explores the realities of leadership through the experiences, decisions and challenges of being on two wheels.

Focus. Balance. Risk. Responsibility. Resilience. Adaptability. Knowing when to change course.

At the heart of the book is the Leadership R·I·D·E framework, a practical way to turn reflection into more conscious leadership.

The motorcycle is the lens. Leadership is the subject.
